when i played mp3's, while chatting in facebook (firefox), the songs where 
ended suddenly after few seconds. i closed the wmp. then it pops and was 
ready to play http://static.ak.fbcdn.net/sound/pop.mp3, but didn't play yet. 
it seems like a virus. all of my mp3 are legit, i don't use any bizzare 
program. when it happened I used firefox (on facebook, gmail and other 
simpler sites), windows live messenger.

can anyone help?

Hey bro....even I keep getting a download on the DAP I use for the same file
The bizzare thing is it keeps comming up even after I cancel the download.
Please help us people.

Hi,

I have a partial explanation:
when I browse facebook with firefox, I get a small rectangular  that symbols 
a video file in this URL. It supposed to launch WMP to play ONLY when I press 
it, but I don't. So my guess is that when chatting in facebook, a bug in 
firefox causes immitating mouse pressing altough the user just write text in 
the window. the chat window is very closed to the small rectangular.

Maybe we should address it to firefox? AnveshP - do you use firefox when it 
happens?

this is happening to me as well, and i'm using Google Chrome. I don't know 
what it is, but it downloaded every time I got a facebook IM. It's attempted 
to download the file 20 times, and then i got a notification for a repeat 
download, and was asked if i wanted to allow or deny. i denied it, and it 
happened one more time.

yeha i keep getting this too so you say its to do with firefox+facebook+
playing something in windows media player?

how and WHO do i report this too its getting on my nerves it opens up
several of them for me to download
