When trying to rip CDs in WMP11, the album info is not automatically downloaded. When I right click on the CD cover and ask it to 'dowload album info', a window pops up and says it cannot connect to the website it's trying to find. I have tried re-installing, but it tells me I have the most up to date version so can't. Any ideas how I can get it to connect?

If you press CTRL + M keys in media player to show menus, then go to the File menu : Is 'Work Offline' checked ? That must not be ticked or it'll prevent media player from going to the internet to find the album info.
