Firewire Problems. Any ideas?
When I combine a Firewire camera as a video source and a none-firewire
audio device (usb, internal) source the WME 9 preview screen becomes very
choppy. The weird part is that this only happens when PUSH/PULL encoding is
enabled. When doing a none live capture the preview screen is smooth. If I
capture audio and video from the FW camera exclusively the choppiness
disapears in live or local mode. You can check this yourself! BTW to encoded
content is not choppy.

I have verified this on a variety of systems (using XP SP2/3). If anyone
knows a solution to this please let me now.
