When using Windows Media Encoder (Version 9) to encode the screen or screen region, Microsoft Agent animations in progress on the screen are not encoded. Apparently the encoder is not really encoding what you see on the screen. It is excluding the Microsoft Agent overlay memory area ? Any ideas on how to resolve this issue ?
