I made a purchase and I'd like to view my show with Amazon Unbox. Everytime I try to use the Unbox, I get a message saying the video player has identified a problem with the drm components on my pc. I listen to cds and rip legit cds via wmp all the time,so I don't know what the issue could be. I try running the diagnostic, it tells me the drm needs to be repaired. I run the repair and it sends me to this link: http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/Indivsite/en/indivit.asp I get the 'upgrade complete' box and then nothing. I've rebooted and contacted Amazon, but I really need my Leverage fix, so can ANYONE help me fix this?? Thanks.
