Want to rotate display   

Acer Aspire 3680 with Mobile Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset; Driver 
6.14.10.4926.  No rotation selection found.  Control Alt Up Arrow, Rt. Arrow, 
etc does not work.  (It does, however, on my Aspire One netbook which DID 
have rotation selection.)
What do I do next, or where do I go next?
HELP!! HELP!!
