I have been trying to install the CD that comes with the HTC S720 smartphone and it tells me I have to download Flash Player, although I already have it downloaded. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still no go. Anyone have some advice? Thanks, Sara

I ran into this issue on a website my kids play games on- it told me Flash wasn't installed when it was, and rolling back to an earlier version (10.x instead of 11.x, IIRC) "fixed" it. The website apparently didn't recognize the newest version and assumed Flash wasn't present. If that doesn't help, in reality there's probably nothing on the CD that's essential except Activesync (which you've said you already downloaded in your last post.) Since this is more of a device software specific problem than a media player problem, I'm crossposting this to the microsoft.public.smartphone group in case anyone there has run across it. Good luck!
