How Much, What do I need, please help me!

My name is Charles Nolen and I am trying to build a LIVE VIDEO AND AUDIO 
STREAMING DELIVERY SYSTEM from the VANCE THEATRE located at 799 Main Street - 
 Chipley, FL  32428  (850) 397-4249    Email:  charles@vancetheatre.com

I want to have a LOW, MED, HIGH, AND SUPER SELECTIONS for end users on my 
web site:  http://www.vancetheatre.com

so they can tune in any time they want and watch a 24 hour 7 days a week TV 
station on the internet broadcast live from the VANCE THEATRE.

I need to learn about BANDWIDTH and how to properly do the calculations, I 
want to learn about the best dedicated hardware I need at the VANCE THEATRE 
to accept component video, Composite Video, S-VIDEO, and Multiple Sources to 
switch live between...

I don't know how to handle the option of bandwidth since I have never done 
this before and have no way of gaging how many people in reality are going to 
be watching and listening to our broadcast.   I would like your 
recommendations...please

Can you help set this up ?
