Email Stationery status bar
I've been enjoying this hobby for years. A month ago I had to reformat my
hard drive and reinstall XP SP2. Since that time any stationery with
scrolling interferes with my seeing the status bar (ticker). Mousing across
the stationery causes the 'ticker' to flash off and on but it doesn't remain
in place as scripted.

Does anyone know the cause. I have asked several of my fellow hobbyists and
no one knows the solution.
