Cannot forward news group items   

Prior to re-installing Windows XP I could forward an item/message to email
address. This is no longer possible - nothing happens when I click FORWARD.

Disable any antivirus email scanning.  See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3 
Also make sure OE is set as default.  See www.oehelp.com/oedef.aspx
