I have a DSL connection through Verizon. I have no problems at all with the Main Identity. Yesterday, I was trying to add a subaccount (I am allowed 8 names). I added everything and tested. It would not allow me to either send or receive mail for the new name. Thinking that I just had something minor not set right, I called Verizon for help. After an hour on the phone, program would still not allow mail. I forget what it said for outgoing, but incoming said that name was not recognized. They suggested finally that I call Microsoft. I don't want to do this as they would charge $35.00. I have a Dell Dimension 8400 with 1g RAM and run XP Professional. Can anyone help? Janet in NJ

Thanks for the response. I had already done that. I finally found the problem. One of the settings was incorrect. I went through everything with Verizon tech support, but I got some wrong info. It's working now.
