http://support.microsoft.com/kb/918692/en-us I have IE SP2, The hotfix would not install if I have IE sp2, it said it wasnt necesary. The key did not exist in the registry so I added it (and checked the spelling), restarted the computer, but it still did not work. MY issue is that I have french characters in my link URL, and I need a fix. I do not have http compression enabled in IIS. My urlmon.dll size is 617,984. Please help!
