Hi, I cannot download Active X controls to update software, I get a sound indicating a blocked pop up, but have not activated pop up blocking, anyware. The upgrade starts and fails because the window to Run or Cancel the download never comes up, so I can't download the program. It just hangs and says to Retry the download. I have tried un-installing and re-installing the security software. As well as turning it off and trying to upgrade while it was un-installed. Can anyone please tell me how to correct this problem.
