MSI Wrapper for GPO-Based IE deployment   

Two KB articles reference an "Internet Explorer 6 SP1 MSI Wrapper" for use in 
deploying IE through a GPO (KB296702 and KB814567).  I think I'd have a 
better chance of finding Amelia Earhardt than finding this "wrapper" .  Does 
anyone know where I can get this?  A GOOGLE search has revealed little except 
that I'm not the only one looking for this.  We need to deploy IE 6 SP 1 to a 
non-profit org. with 70+ computers and we're stuck.
