Change position of "Contacts" list
Before I reformatted, my "Contacts" list was to the right of the "Folders"
list (if my memory is correct). Currently my list of "Contacts" are
underneath the "Folders" list. I preferred Contacts at the previous
location. How can I move Contacts back to the previuos location to the right
of Folders? Thanks.

Re: Change position of "Contacts" list
I don't think you can change it. You may be "remembering" something from
OE5 where the Contacts list first appeared but I know of no option in OE6
that will do what you want. You can however change your settings under
View/Layout and disable the folder list and instead use the Outlook Bar
which will keep a list of desired folders on the left with the Contacts
appearing just to the right of the Outlook Bar.

You fixed it for me!!!!!!!! Thanks so much. I hope your day goes well.
Are posters like you paid by MS for this help? I intend to use these forums
more often.
Best regards, another Jim

Re: Change position of "Contacts" list
Glad the suggestion worked as you wanted. All MVPs volunteer time in the
newsgroups and in keeping with the volunteering spirit, they are not paid by
anyone. We just enjoy helping people with problems.

Thanks for the feedback.
