Re: Cannot Open OE
Are you running Windows 2000 and you've never upgraded from Outlook Express
version 5? Why not?
Open Windows Explorer by holding down the Windows key and press the letter
E. Or easier, just hit F1 (or click on Start/Help and Support) and search
for "Using Windows Explorer."
To reinstall,see this article which although written for XP systems, works
well for other systems except Windows 95:

I got! uninstalled - reinstalled, no loss of data.
