Contacts List   

Though my address book is accesible from the icon and from within New Mail, 
the Conacts List on the bottom left pane suddenly shows that there are no 
contacts to display. The settings are correct in Layout, I exported, renames 
the original wab, restarted OE and then performed an import from the backup. 
For the first few minutes all was well and the Contacts list  in the main 
window began filling up. However, suddenly, whilst still importing, the list 
vanished as described before. The backup however continued OK and all 
contacts were imported. Is there a limit as to how many contacts can be 
displayed? I've got quite a few!

Yes, if you have more than 999 contacts, the pane will appear blank.
