Receiving the following error message when I start Outlook Express: UNABLE TO OPEN YOUR DEFAULT EMAIL FOLDERS. THE FILE C:\WINDOWS\APPLICATION DATA\MICROSOFT\OUTLOOK\OUTLOOK.PST COULD NOT BE ACCESSED. USE THE EMAIL INBOX REPAIR TOOL. I am not sure what I need to do to resolve this error message. Could someone please send me some information on resolving this error to me? Thanks.

Outlook Express doesn't use PST files. They are used by Outlook97/98/2000+. If you really used to use Outlook Express, then either you are using the wrong short cut to start it or you are trying to start it from Internet Explorer and Outlook Express is no longer you default mail program.
