A friend of mine has discovered a problem with emails she sends. The first chunk of the email appears in ordinary (black) text but if she presses the return key to insert a new paragraph, the text in that following paragrpah appears to be white and therefore cannot be seen by the recipient. This doesn't seem logical to me. Can anyone help my friend please?

Thanks for that, but the problem is the font colour not the font size. Do you have any other suggestions please? Is she using any stationery? Look in Tools, Options, Compose. Uncheck the option to use stationery and see if the problem goes away. IF so, the stationery file is likely problem. Also check the selected font to see if the wrong color is selected. -- Mike - http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/techhelp.htm "John W" wrote in message news:D5D99859-BAE3-4FCF-8DB2-BAD6326978B1@microsoft.com... > Thanks for that, but the problem is the font colour not the font size. > Do you > have any other suggestions please? > > Cheers > > "Michael Santovec" wrote: > >> See this: >> OE5: The Font Size Changes When You Press ENTER in a New Message >> http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=232001 >> >> >> -- >> >> Mike - http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/techhelp.htm >> >> >> "John W" wrote in message >> news:807A89DE-4E85-454D-9B39-D658101C7DFA@microsoft.com... >> >A friend of mine has discovered a problem with emails she sends.
