Uncheck "remember my password"   

Hi,

How do I uncheck "remember my password" check box so that IE will prompt me 
again the "connecting to proxy" dialog w/ user name & password?

Try this:
(I don't have an IE5.5 installation left to check it)

Remember passwords again.

IE-Tools-Internet Options-Content-Autocomplete and check "Prompt me to
save passwords"
