target argument for href
Hi, I am using 2 frames in one my html page,
the first frame contains links & when you click on the links the second
frame will be loaded with page. I have used href="" target=<framename> but
still the page is getting loaded in the first frame.

But when I access the page from some other machine, it works fine.

Can any one help me or tell me what's wrong with IE??

Thanks in Advance
Joseph
