Hi, You're trying to delete the Cache (Temporary Internet Files) folder and maybe the History folder, right? Are you using (essentially) the instructions at this section "WinME users that need to delete the Temporary Internet Files" of this page http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/delcache.htm You can skip the smartdrv command, the process will simply take longer.
