wininet.dll error   
when i open IE 5.5 i receive the IE cause a problem in wininet.dll file IE 
will close .
i saw this error in this discussion but when i follow the your insturctions 
to solve the problem i coudnt 
 i have windows milinum( winme),and when i type in thwe command (smatdvg)i 
have an error tells my that .............. define a device=himem.sys !!
i dont know what does it mean ?
can you dhelp me

Hi,
You're trying to delete the Cache (Temporary Internet Files) folder and
maybe the History folder, right? Are you using (essentially) the
instructions at this section
"WinME users that need to delete the Temporary Internet Files" of this page
http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/delcache.htm

You can skip the smartdrv command, the process will simply take longer.
Please post back if you need more help with the deltree procedure.
