KB923810 (MS07-055) patch problem.
Hi NG,

I'm having a problem with the KB923810 patch with AU. All other updates went
fine.
I've also tried using Windows Update web page, but got the same problem and
error code.
It's a Windows 2000 server.

I get this in WindowsUpdate.log:

 - "DnldMgr Error 0x80200024 occurred while downloading update; notifying
dependent calls."

Anyone knows why?
Is there any html out there with a table of these errors and what they mean?
Wich function throws this error and why? (sometimes we can correct them if
we know why).

Thank you,
rusga

Re: KB923810 (MS07-055) patch problem. (~solved)
Well, I did this:

a) Created another administrative account.
b) Installed the patch with this new admin account. Installation went fine.

Now, I'm waiting for new patches to try installations with previous admin
account (the one where the patch install failed), to see from now on if the
problem was with this specific patch or with the account itself.

Hope it helps,
rusga
