Using WDS to Deploy Win2000 Pro   

I need to deploy Win2000 Pro remotely. RIS is been replaced by WDS on my 
Win2003 server. 

I have a Win2000 ISO image but I need to convert it to a wim file or 
something else. 

Any ideas on how I can get this done?
