windows 2008 licensing
1. We are running a Windows 2003R2 Server and the trial period has expired.
Can we purchase a retail copy of Windows Server 2008 use the downgrade rights
to activate the 2003 server and at a later date replace the hardware and load
WS2008 on the new server with the same copy of the software?

2. We have a SBS2003 server with 55 Cals. We have software assurance and
will be upgrading to the new version of SBS later in the summer. Until then
will the SBS 2003 CALs work with Windows Server 2008?
