Windows 2000 Client in Windows 2003 Network   

Hello,

What are some of the disadvantages/problems I will run into with windows 
2000 clients running in a Windows 2003 Network?  Someone wants me to upgrade 
the network, however I want to upgrade all windows 2k clients first so I want 
to make a case to do so.
