MS Photo Editor Window   

Hi,

I have Microsoft Photo Editor 3.01 installed on my W2K SP4.

The Maximize/Restore Down box doesn't work properly. It Minimizes only. Is
there a way to fix this?

I've check the registry, nothing. And it's not in Add/Remove programs, so I
can't uninstall & reinstall.
