Hi! I have a new installation of Windows 2000 SP4 on my Compaq Armada M700. In Device Manager the USB Device is with "!". When I try to uninstall it and then to reinstall it I get the message: "An error occured during the installation of the device. The installation failed because a function driver was not specified for this device instance.". There is "The drivers for this device are not installed (Code 28)" in Properties of the USB Device. There isn't a USB driver on the manifactures site. I tried manualy to install the driver and there is the same message. Please post me if you need more information. Thank you in advance.
