Smart Card Reader Issue USB Windows 2000 Server   

Hi,

I am using an Athena ASE IIIe v2 USB smart card reader. When I plug the 
reader into two of server's USB port it will work with reader, while the 
other two ports show an Error Code 10. I tried a USB Key in all four ports, 
and it works fine. Has anyone ever seen anything like this, and is there a 
way to solve it?
