Faxing a Word Document without have MS Office installed
Is it possible to fax a word, excel, or publisher document without having
Microsoft Office installed on the computer that you are faxing from?

As an attachment, no. The only way you can do this is to have some
application capable of opening these files and then printing them to the Fax
printer.
