problem with PerfNet, PerfDisk, rasctrs   

I installed f-secure client security anti-virus in my system.  after 
installation completion i did reboot(it is recommended).   But,  i got a 
problem it's rebooting continuously afer showing windows 2000 professional 
screen without any intervention.  I just rebooted my system in safe mode and 
i found in evenviewer that application log errors PerfDisk(Unable to open 
disk performance object), PerfNet(Unable to open the server service), 
PerfNet(Unable to open the redirector service), and rasctrs(The local 
computer may not have necessary registry information or msg DLL files to 
display messages from a remote computer
