DHCP Server on Multihomed m/c (Windows NT Server)   

Found that DHCP server on Widdows NT server with multiple NIC, sends
DHCP OFFER message to all its interface and not just to the interface
on which it got DHCP DISCOVER.

Is this a valid behavior. How can DHCP server be configured so that it
send DHCP Offer and Ack only on one interface from which it got the
Discover and Request Message.
