xp fax service/component/library   

no xp/pro cd!! no fax accessory in add/remove/setup!! no fax console/no 
component library!! need microsoft location to download an install, or 
someone to share their cd in a remote desktop invite, or anyone to send the 
software I need by e-mail to install, if you know how to do that!! all of 
above subject is what I need, or you can just e-mail it from your current 
running system application. Help!! This is not gateway to fax, nor microsoft 
fax. Its for xp pro only from any xp disk!! Thanks!! Help!!I do hope 1000 
people read this!!

There isn't a download location, you  need an XP CD.  Ifyou have a retail 
version of XP and have lost the CD, you can get a replacement CD from 
Microsoft.  If you have an OEM version, contact the original vendor for the 
CD.
