I recently re-installed XP Pro on my computer after Dell replaced my mother board. Since then I have been unable to use MS Picture It Photo Premium 7.0. It worked fine before. When I try to import a picture from my files, it wants to shut down. This doesnât happen when I open something from the program's clip art files. Here are the details that it gives me: Error signature AppName: pip.exe AppVer: 7.0.709.0 ModName: piorg7.dll ModVer: 7.0.709.0 Offset: 0002bbb5 The Error Report contains the following information: Exception Information Code: 0xc0000005 Flags: 0x00000000 Record: 0x0000000000000000 Address: 0x000000006797bbb5 Any ideas? This software works fine for me, and I donât want to have to buy something new if I donât have to. Iâve tried re-installing it several times, but no luck. Thanks url:http://ureader.com/gp/1287-1.aspx

John: Thanks for the suggestion. I had several other things that were also acting strange. What I ended up doing was to uninstall and reinstall Service Pack 2. That solved all my problems. Everything's working fine now. Thanks again for your idea. It set me on the right track. Tom url:http://www.ureader.com/msg/12872385.aspx
