Help please system failed to initialize   

The following: 

Blue screen appeares and chkdisk starts scanning. The result is: A segment 
of the registry of the file 45660 cannot be read. In another try, it also 
couldn't read a segment of registry of the file 45661.

Why I run restore, computer crashes with KERNEL or NONPAGED errors, I can;t 
remove skype (it won;t let me), which appears to be damaged. I have pando 
installed, can;t uninstall it either because it says "application belongs to 
skype" and with skype "application for pando"

Help? please?

It's not CPU, I ran a test with memtest86+, it found nothing wrong. What can 
thise error messages mean?

Was this after a repair or an install of windows?
