Hi I have win xp on my computer when I turn it on the computer comes on but theres no beeb noise I have to keep pushing the restart button a lot of times to get it started, what should I do to try to fix this
You have a hardware problem, you can try reseating the memory and unplugging attached devices to see if you can track down the problem. That's not a 'Restart' button, it's a 'Reset' button to be used only when you can't restart the computer properly. The Restart in the Shut Down box goes through a clean shutdown before restarting.
