urgetly need help   
i can connect to net but no one site is opened please help me 
i hv also checked help and support -network diagnosis system but it shows 
(Network Adapters) is failed
by opening network adapteor i find

Since you can ping the gateway (192.168.1.1- usually a router) the adapter 
is OK.  If the Network Diagnosis scan does not ping to a test site, usually 
it indicates "Failure" of the adapter to do so - not that the adaptor is 
bad.

Failure to ping 202.164.51.21 (providing the site is up and functioning) 
through the gateway would seem to undicate a DNS problem.
