internet connection sharing/windows firewall
i have an acer laptop that connects to the internet via a sprint pcs
broadband air card. i have installed a linksys wpc54g pcmcia card on this
machine and a belkin wireless card on an ibm machine. is there a way use the
ics feature without turning off windows firewall or going into services to
restart it?? ics currently works to the second machine (internet and file
sharing) but only if i either turn off windows firewall (ugh!!!) or run
services.msc from the start button and find windows firewall/ics and restart
it. i understand this is a problem with sp3. (connected without incident on
sp2 with a weak signal on the sprint card)
