Tags are jumbled, Is there a way to re-tag?
I recently syncronised my media with a new portable media device (ARCHOS 605
wifi). Since synchronising every track in my library has the wrong title. The
album information is still correct. My library contains thousands of tracks
manualy changing the tags would take a long time and i do not even know the
titles of some songs. Please help.

Are the titkes (tags) on your Archos device correct ?

If so, then the tags are OK, its just the titles that Windows 'Explorer ?)
uses that are maybe "false". Try classifying them by tags and not by title
in Windows Explorer.

Re: Tags are jumbled, Is there a way to re-tag?
Thanks for your input.

The tags on the portable devise were correct. I have solved the problem by
syncing back from the device to the computer. This is not the only major bug
in microsoft media software.

Sync's should have a roll back feature.
