ok i did a little reasearch and my problem was that some of my .dll's needed to be reregistered... that doesnt soudn like your problem though. anyways here's what i did. i went to "run" and then typed in: REGSVR32 softpub.dll initpki.dll wintrust.dll i'm using vista and got an error message with the initpki.dll. It still fixed my problem =) oh lol i just noticed this post is a year old... hey thanks bro i did a little more research and figured out that initpki.dll doesnt exist in vista and thats what the error is from Here is a list of existing ones for vista that i refreshed just for the heck of it... softpu.dll wintrust.dll rsaenh.dll mssip32.dll cryptdlg.dll dssenh.dll i think thats it and here are some that i tried that didnt work initpki.dll gpkcsp.dll slbcsp.dll sccbase.dll i guess those are for xp and not for vista.
