Every since updating to SP3, XP periodically hangs throughout the day for about 30 seconds then just continues. While its hanging you can move the mouse and some GUI actions appear to work (button press/etc) but any executing of a program / waiting for url to load / next screen to show up/ etc.. just hangs. Open Task Manager to the Processes tab and park it in a corner of your monitor. David How much RAM memory? Try Ctrl+Alt+Delete to select Task Manager and click the Performance Tab. Under Commit Charge what is the Total, the Limit and the Peak? -- Hope this helps.
