Setting up Oulook 2003 so email is always sent as bcc rather than 'To - Any ideas?
Hi

Does anyone know of a way to send out all email as bcc. We have
recently had a couple of 'security breaches' where people have sent
out information to a large group of people with all email adddresses
showing. This has caused hasle as customers are included etc - Groups
doesnt really do it as they can still be allocated to the 'To' box
rather than as a 'bcc'

We would ideally like to set up Oulook on machines so that the default
is 'bcc' rather than 'To'

Any ideas?

The first idea would be to post to one of the Outlook groups as this is not
related to Windows XP.
