lol thats what the message said 0 mhz lol , anyway the message popped up when
l was using the computer . l did a virus scan with kaspersky and spyware
removal with ad aware and reg check with reg mechanic and one of those has
fixed the problem , my guess is that , as you said , it was some sort of
spyware . Thanks for your help
