First of all, Im No computer guy, I saw this problem and thought i could fix 
it, OOH Boy !!, was i wrong.  when the recurring window kept popping up, I 
went Ctr Alt Del and brought up Task Manager, went to applications, it was 
the only one running, right clicked,and told it to < Go to Process>

It told me it was the CSRSS.exe file, SO I, did a search, found there was 
three of them and physically Deleted them all, OOOH MY GODD!!!, Now the 
computer will not start up at all and continually tells me that =
 " Stop: C000021a,{ FATAL SYSTEMS ERROR} The Session Manager initialization 
system process terminated unexpectedly with a ststua of 0xc0000034 ( 
0x000000000 0x00000000). the systems has been shut down.
