I have a windows 2003 server and nine windows xp clients. Three of the client computers do not login in to the server, they are simply data collection terminals on the shop floor for my mfg application. I need to make sure that these computers time is in-sync with the file servers. Is there a way to do this manually with w32time? Or is there a 3rd party application I can use? Thanks in advance. -rick- -- Technonolgy can be a dangerous thing
Analogx Timesync will do this. Install on the server in 'server mode' and on clients with the host IP set to that of the server. http://www.analogx.com Or, if the user can authenticate to the server, you can use: net time <servename> /set /yes http://support.microsoft.com/kb/120944 "Connect IT" wrote: > I have a windows 2003 server and nine windows xp clients.
