Other pc hardware can/will be a factor..Also,if youre friend thinks its a
pinnacle driver,but you think yours is a lowly old windows default driver,
expand the tree for the device in device mgr,R.click,properties,update
driver,
select for "you" to locate driver (install from list),use the "don't
search,i will
choose",uncheck the box for "show compatable hardware",see or locate youre
mfg in the list.Also,a DVD player isnt terribley critical in this
selection,but use
youre better judgement before you select.....
