A small window opens each time I log on stating: Windows cannot open this file.Microsoft Works Calendar Reminders_lnk_clndisk_backup ('lnk' or 'ink'). To open this file Windows needs to know what program created it. Windows can go online to look it up automatically or you can manually select from a list of programs on your computer. What do you want to do? Use the web service. Select the program from a list. I have tried both of the choices without success. Your help would be *greatly* appreaciated.
Find and remove the startup item, or go in the Works Calendar and remove this item from the reminders list. It appears to be a reminder for a scheduled disk cleanup that can't be launched. Quite possibly this item is being launched from your Startup folder.
