Can't get ToggleKeys to work
Yesterday I installed Service Pack 3, unaware of the problems. I've gotten
rid of it, but am now left with a number of problems, one of which is
ToggleKeys has stopped working. I have gone to Control Panel -> Accessibility
and the ToggleKeys box is checked. The Registry value for ToggleKeys is 63,
which I understand is enabled. The Registry value for Beeps is yes. I would
appreciate any help as having no sound when I hit caps lock really throws me
off.
