Hello, I am trying to upgrade to CRM 4.0 and when I reach the System Requirements screen I reach the Error Message: Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services A server certifcate could not be validated for URL :https://192.168.1.101 (this is where i set up the reporting services to go to) I have never used CRM before. I put on CRM 3.0 on my new server than I recieved 4.0 so i am trying to upgrade. I need to upgrade also becuase I am running Outlook 2007. If anyone could please help it would make me life easier. i dont know the setup of your report server , but in tradational way , we use the verify the report server before we run the CRM setup . Reports must be accessed through this url http://<server>/ReportServer (this is the url we put while running the crm setup) <<server>> is where you have installed the report server and where the reports exist in the default web site. First of all you need to fix the problem of reportserver and then run the CRM setup. /Aamir
