I forgot to mention this is CRM 4.0, 64bit, dotnet 3 SP1 already installed,
and about 5 imported organizations.

Thanks!!!

Re: MSCRMAsyncService Crashing - The given key was not present in the
Have you installed the data migration manager on your CRM server?
Please check if there are lot of jobs are having status"wait for
resources" in system job.

Re: MSCRMAsyncService Crashing - The given key was not present in
Thanks for replying. There are not many jobs with 'waiting for resources' -
just a few - and they seem to go away after a while - the service is
restarting every few mins.

No data migration package installed in this server.

Thanks!!

Hi,

Did you find a resolution to this? I'm getting the same error.

Thanks,

Ben

Re: MSCRMAsyncService Crashing - The given key was not present in
Hi Ben,

I have not found a solution for this yet. HOwever, I have a bit more info.

This issue appears only in our servers were we have imported a number of
organizations AND is running crm 4.0 64bit. A sure fix is to re-install crm
4.0. We have done it once and issue went away for a while then has recently
come back.

We have not opened a case with Microsoft but will do so shortly.

Any luck on your server?

Thanks!!

Re: MSCRMAsyncService Crashing - The given key was not present in
Hi Al,

Experiencing the same problem. Doesn't seem to restart as often as yours
but I am still suffering the same error message. I also have the same server
and imported organisation situation as you.

If you start a case with MS and find a resolve I would appreciate if you let
me know! :) Although I think we are not far off starting a case ourselves, if
we do and find a resolve we will post. Cheers.

Regards,

Nathan Warner

Re: MSCRMAsyncService Crashing - The given key was not present in
Hey Al,

This seems to be the issue but MS are still working on the solution, KB949844.
http://kbalertz.com/949844/Async-service-stops-unexpectedly-cannot-start-Async-service-after-import-organization-another-Microsoft-Dynamics-deployment.aspx

Best of luck with it mate, let us know if you find something. Cheers.
